Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder—The individual is a perfectionist, obsesses about details. They are extremely inflexible. Tend to re-do things forever, without ever completing anything. They are over conscientious at work. They tend to not have many relationships. They often have difficulty making decisions, because of fear of making a mistake. Obsessive Compulsive Personality disorder is a condition in which some traits are severely exaggerated to he point of becoming negative.

Treatment- Medications such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (example: Prozac) Cognitive-behavioral therapy may also help.

Effect on daily life- everything must be perfect and they cannot stop until it is. They will not flex to other peoples schedules. They are not usually very generous and pay very close attention to every detail
